Workflows (Sequential Pipeline)
A way for multiple employees to run in sequence, each picking up the previous step's deliverable.
Method A — Mentioning Multiple Employees
Mention multiple employees in order within a single message and it automatically becomes a sequential pipeline (when a discussion isn't the intent).

Method B — Workflow Mode
Switch the [Normal / Workflow] toggle next to the input box to Workflow and the step builder opens.
- Enter an assigned employee + instruction for each step (per-step
/skilland$pluginautocomplete supported, with keyboard navigation/selection). - Once registered, each employee picks up the previous step's deliverable and runs in order.
- (In an employee's personal chat, choosing an assignee isn't needed, so it's hidden. Use it in the all-hands, Master, and project chats.)
Each step is isolated to use only its own tools, so there's no issue of step 1's tools leaking into step 3. Image deliverables from a previous step are automatically passed to the next step (e.g., video production).
Works (Recurring Tasks) and Schedule Registration
Saving, Running, and Editing Works
Save frequently repeated tasks and reuse them.
- Click the [Work] button at the top of the chat → run, edit, or delete from the list.
- Use [Register Recurring Task] to save the current input (including mention, skill, and plugin tokens) as a Work.
- Both chat-type (prompt) and workflow-type (steps) can be saved. A Work belongs to the chat scope where it was saved (all-hands/Master/employee/project).
Registering a Work as a Schedule (Automatic Recurrence)
In the Work list, click the 🗓️ (Schedule) button on an item to open the schedule registration window.
- Since the Work already has its assignee and task content defined, in the window you only set the schedule name and recurrence (daily/weekly/monthly plus time).
- Once registered, that Work runs as-is at the set interval.
- Workflow-type → runs as a sequential pipeline
- Chat-type → runs with the assigned employee(s) according to the mentions
- Schedules missed while the app was off run when you turn it back on.
Example: Register a "Morning news briefing" Work (@Researcher summarize 5 key news items in our industry, include sources) on a daily 08:30 schedule → an automatic briefing every morning.
