Scheduler

Manage recurring tasks from the clock icon at the top right.

• [Add Schedule]: Enter a name, the employee(s) in charge (one or more), the task details, and the cadence (daily/weekly/monthly · time) yourself.
• Register from a Work: Connect a Work saved as in §14-2 directly to a schedule (just the name and cadence).
• Each schedule can be toggled on/off or deleted, and the icon is highlighted when any schedule is active.
• One employee = a recurring 1:1 instruction; multiple employees = a recurring meeting.

Telegram Bot

Register a bot token and allowed user IDs in Settings > Telegram, and you can assign work and receive results (including images) over Telegram even while away. Use @employee-name to address a specific employee. Check status, recent messages, and errors on the diagnostics screen.
